“A) Het rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks participeren, onder welke vorm dan ook, in bestaande of nog op te richten Belgische of buitenlandse vennootschappen, verenigingen of andere entiteiten of personen met of zonder rechtspersoonlijkheid, voor eigen rekening of voor rekening van derden, alsook het waarnemen van het beheer, het bestuur, de controle en de ontwikkeling van deze participaties. De vennootschap zal met name belangen mogen nemen door middel van inbreng, opslorping, fusie, deelneming of op elke andere wijze in vennootschappen, verenigingen of andere entiteiten of personen met of zonder rechtspersoonlijkheid.”
