ICD EUROPE was declared bankrupt; according to the publications in the Belgian Official Gazette the procedure is no longer open (latest notice 08-03-2021). The latest annual accounts at the National Bank, for financial year 2001, were filed on 26-08-2002.
The KBO register records a bankruptcy without a date; the last annual accounts are for financial year 2001. A claim can be filed until a year after the judgment. The registry of the enterprise court can tell you who the trustee is and whether the bankruptcy is still open.

The Belgian Official Gazette published the closure of the bankruptcy. The latest notice is dated 08-03-2021. The KBO register has not yet processed that closure. The register usually follows the Belgian Official Gazette later, so the newer publication in the Gazette prevails.
The financial year that closed on 31-12-2001 was due by 31-07-2002 and was filed on 26-08-2002, 26 days later. Nearly half (47%) of Belgian companies file late; of those that file 1 to 90 days late, 2.0% are now bankrupt, dissolved or in another special legal status, against 1.66% of all filers. A delay like this does not count in the score.
