Het Bestuursorgaan vertegenwoordigt als college de vereniging in alle handelingen in en buiten rechte. Hij vertegenwoordigt de vereniging door de meerderheid van zijn leden. Onverminderd de algemene vertegenwoordigingsbevoegdheid van het Bestuursorgaan als college, wordt de vereniging in en buiten rechte eveneens vertegenwoordigd door twee dagelijks bestuurders gezamenlijk optredend, of door de voorzitter van het Bestuursorgaan, die alleen handelt. De vertegenwoordigingsorganen kunnen niet zonder toestemming van de Algemene Vergadering rechtshandelingen stellendie verband houden met de vertegenwoordiging van de vereniging bij de aan- of verkoop van onroerende goederen van de vereniging en/of de vestiging van een hypotheek. Deze bevoegdheidsbeperkingen kunnen niet worden tegengeworpen aan derden, zelfs niet nadat ze openbaar zijn gemaakt. Niet - naleving ervan brengt wel de interne aansprakelijkheid van de betrokken vertegenwoordigers in het gedrang. Het Bestuursorgaan of de bestuurders die de vereniging vertegenwoordigen kunnen gevolmachtigden van de vereniging aanstellen. Alleen beperkte of bijzondere volmachten voor bepaalde of een reeks bepaalde handelingen zijn geoorloofd.
