ARTIKEL 14. VERTEGENWOORDIGINGSBEVOEGDHEID De enige bestuurder is bevoegd om de vennootschap te vertegenwoordigen in en buiten rechte. In geval van een college van bestuurders vertegenwoordigt het college, handelend met de meerderheid van zijn leden, de vennootschap in en buiten rechte. De natuurlijke personen die de vennootschap bij handelingen, en dit zowel in als buiten rechte, ten aanzien van derden vertegenwoordigen, dienen bij ondertekening van de betrokken handelingen de naam en hoedanigheid te vermelden krachtens dewelke zij optreden.
