L’assemblée générale peut décider que la société sera administrée par plusieurs administrateurs et que ceux-ci formeront un organe d’administration collégial. Dans ce cas, l’organe d’administration collégial représente la société à l'égard des tiers et en justice, soit en demandant, soit en défendant y compris dans les actes où intervient un officier public.
