“De vennootschap heeft tot doel de burgerlijke werkzaamheden van accountant en van belastingconsulent uit te oefenen,zoals omschreven in de artikelen 34 en 38 van de wet van tweeëntwintig april negentienhonderd negenennegentig betreffende de boekhoudkundige en fiscale beroepen,evenals het uitoefenen van alle hiermee verenigbare activiteiten.”
