On 2 March 2020, EXOTHERA was incorporated as a public limited company.1 The capital was increased 4 times between 2022 and 2025, most recently to €42.3m.234 Turnover went from €634,864 in 2020 to €10.0m in 2023 and headcount from 45 to 139 full-time equivalents.5 The company was declared bankrupt on 26 August 2025.6
