On 23 October 2019 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of EMIMAX.1 In 2023 the company took the name ÉmiMax.2 Maxime Tonneau is director of the company, appointed by deed of 23-06-2023.2 In 2024 the company was dissolved and its liquidation closed in a single deed.3
