In 2022 the company took the name Elkem Processing Services.¹ The registered office was moved to Verviers in 2026.² Turnover fell from €9.1m in 2018 to €932,564 in 2025 and headcount from 7.3 to 5.2 full-time equivalents.³ In 2026 ELKEM PROCESSING SERVICES was dissolved and its liquidation closed in a single deed.⁴
