EEVE was incorporated on 7 April 2017.1 In 2023 the company took the name EEVE.2 Between 2023 and 2025 the capital was increased 3 times.345 The registered office was moved to Waregem in 2024.6 Total assets rose from €155,343 in 2018 to €4.9m in 2024 and headcount from 2.3 to 14.6 full-time equivalents.7 On 7 July 2026 the company was declared bankrupt.8
