  1. Promoten van de solidariteit binnen Echo Lisungi als VZW. Deze solidariteit zal uitgebreid worden naar de rest van de Afrikaanse gemeenschap zowel in België als in Afrika. De solidariteit houdt in wederzijdse hulp bij ziekte of overlijden van familieleden. Het geldt ook bij vreugdevolle gebeurtenissen zoals nieuwe geboorten,huwelijksvieringen,doopfeesten,enz. In Afrika krijgt deze solidariteit de vorm van de hulp aan de weeskinderen,gehandicapten,senioren,zieken... Echo Lisungi gaat kleinschallige ontwikkelingsprojecten initiëren op diverse vlakken o.a. waterput,landbouw,opvoeding van de kinderen,onderwijs,gezondheidszorg,enz.
  2. De leden van Echo Lisungi zijn overtuigd van gebrek aan een goede communicatie binnen de Afrikaanse gemeenschap. Slecht communicatie is een bron van de misvarstand met negatieve gevolgen op solidariteit en sociale cohesie. De VZW wil de communicatie verbeteren binnen de Afrikaanse gemeenschap. Het gaat hoofdzakkelijk over de verspreiding van nieuws van gemeenschapsbelang.
  3. Daarnaast kan de vzw alle activiteiten ontplooien die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van haar doel,met inbegrip van commerciële en winstgevende activiteiten waarvan de opbrengsten altijd volledig zullen worden bestemd voor de verwezenlijking van haar doel
