On 16 October 2020 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of DSY CONSTRUCT.1 The registered office moved to Meise in 2021 and to Dendermonde in 2022.23 Stucavoo BV is director of the company, appointed by deed of 29-07-2022.3 The company was declared bankrupt on 19 September 2023. The bankruptcy was closed on 4 June 2024.45
