On 29 June 2022, DM Publishing was incorporated as a public limited company by MATRIX, RUCIO INVESTMENT and four natural persons, with a starting capital of €1.0m.12 In 2024 the registered office moved to Lokeren.3 A capital increase in 2024 brought the capital to €1.2m.4 Total assets went from €2.5m in 2023 to €2.7m in 2025.5
