Overeenkomstig de statuten is iedere bestuurder afzonderlijk, ook wanneer er meerdere zijn, bevoegd om alleen alle bestuurshandelingen te stellen en de vennootschap te vertegenwoordigen in en buiten rechte. Het mandaat van de bestuurder wordt bezoldigd uitgeoefend, tenzij de algemene vergadering anders beslist.
