Summary
Diffusion micro-informatique has been active since 1982 and the Belgian Official Gazette contains no insolvency or warning signals. The computed 12-month bankruptcy probability is below 0.1% (very low). A small non-profit association files its annual accounts with the court registry, not with the National Bank; this conclusion rests only on the KBO register and the Belgian Official Gazette.

What can you do?
Try sending from your invoicing software; if that fails, ask the customer whether they already receive via Peppol.
If the customer is not ready yet, you may send the invoice another way, for example as a PDF; if you send it electronically, you need their agreement on a secure channel. The invoice remains valid; it is the customer, not you, who risks a penalty. FPS Finance
