ARTIKEL 22: EXTERNE VERTEGENWOORDIGING Het bestuursorgaan vertegenwoordigt de vereniging als college in alle handelingen in en buiten rechte. Voor alle akten, met inbegrip van die waarvoor een tussenkomst van een openbaar ambtenaar of notaris is vereist, is de vereniging geldig vertegenwoordigd door de voorzitter van het bestuursorgaan of door de dagelijks bestuurder alleen optredend of door twee (2) bestuurders gezamenlijk optredend, zonder dat zij van een volmacht of beslissing van het bestuursorgaan blijk moeten geven. Ten aanzien van derden is de vereniging geldig verbonden door de handtekening van de voorzitter van het bestuursorgaan of de gezamenlijke handtekening van twee bestuurders. De vereniging is gebonden door de rechtshandelingen welke door een bestuurder worden verricht, zelfs indien deze handelingen buiten het voorwerp van de vereniging vallen, tenzij zij aantoont dat de derde wist dat de handeling de grenzen van dit voorwerp overschreed of hiervan, gezien de omstandigheden, niet onkundig kon zijn. Bekendmaking van de statuten alleen is echter geen voldoende bewijs.
