  5. De vereniging kan elke activiteit uitvoeren de direct of indirect bijdraagt tot de verwezenijking van haar non-profitdoeleinden.
  6. Organiseren van sport, culturele, kappers, mode en culinaire evenementen om Afrikaanse tradities te benadrukken.
  7. Zij kan subsidies verwerven zowel van de overheid als van private instellingen aan sponsoring doen en vertenwoordigers uitzenden en binnen, en buitenland en zelf als vertenwoordiger optreden.
  8. Verkoop van groenten, fruit, bier, alcohol en sigaretten-

  10. Alle import en Exportactiviteiten naar Afrika uitvoeren.

  12. Daarnaast kan de vzw alle activiteiten ontplooien die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van haar doel, met inbegrip van commerciële en winstgevende activiteiten waarvan de opbrengsten altijd volledig zullen worden bestemd voor de verwezenlijking van haar doel.
  13. De vereniging mag rechtstreeks noch onrechtstreeks enig vermogensvoordeel uitkeren of bezorgen aan de oprichters, de leden, de bestuurders of enig ander persoon behalve voor het in de statuten bepaald belangeloos doel. Elke verrichting in strijd met dit verbod is nietig.
