De vennootschap mag alle verrichtingen uitvoeren en alle diensten leveren die,rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks,zelfs gedeeltelijk,in verband staan met haar voorwerp of die de verwezenlijking ervan kan vergemakkelijken,voor zover deze verrichtingen niet onverenigbaar zijn met de hoedanigheid van bedrijfsrevisor.
  3. Zij mag alle commerciële,industriële en financiële activiteiten en alle onroerend en roerend goed verhandelingen uitvoeren,die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks verband houden met haar voorwerp of deze activiteiten die haar zullen toelaten voordeel te halen voor haar ontwikkeling.
  4. De vennootschap zal de leiding en het toezicht,in haar hoedanigheid van bestuurder,vereffenaar of anderszins,kunnen uitoefenen over,en advies verschaffen aan aanverwante ondernemingen en dochtervennootschappen.
