COGENGREEN was incorporated on 4 April 2005.1 The registered office moved to Namur in 2023, to Awans in 2026 and to Liège in 2026.234 Turnover fell from €5.3m in 2018 to €3.0m in 2025 and headcount from 13.1 to 12.4 full-time equivalents.5 In 2026 the company was dissolved and put into liquidation.4
