On 8 January 1986, Capstone Partners was incorporated.1 A capital increase in 2007 brought the capital to EUR 3.4 million.2 In 2016 the registered office moved to Antwerpen.3 Since 2024 the company has been called Capstone Partners.4 Of the 4 current board members, Thomas Leysen has served longest, since 2013.5 Revenue went from EUR 300,000 in 2018 to EUR 547,567 in 2025 and headcount from 3 to 2.8 full-time equivalents.6
