History

BRS Solutions was incorporated on 6 April 2007.¹ The name was changed to Rako Sleep Systems in 2011 and to BRS Solutions in 2026.²³ The registered office was moved to Wellen in 2011.⁴ Between 2011 and 2015 the capital was increased 4 times, most recently to €1.5m.²⁵⁶ The board currently has 3 members, 3 of whom have served since 2023.⁷ Turnover fell from €7.0m in 2018 to €5.6m in 2025 and headcount from 28 to 25.6 full-time equivalents.⁸
