Onverminderd de algemene vertegenwoordigingsbevoegdheid van het bestuursorgaan als college, wordt de VZW ook gerechtelijk en extern vertegenwoordigd door de voorzitter, die individueel optreedt, of door twee bestuurders die daartoe door het bestuursorgaan zijn aangesteld, die gezamenlijk optreden: dit zijn: - Vincent Jumeau, voorzitter: Brice Barigand, ondervoorzitter; en Jeroen Delvaux, ondervoorzitter.
