On 6 July 2020, BeforeTheHype was incorporated as a private limited company.1 Since 2024 the company has been called BeforeTheHype.2 The registered office moved to Waregem in 2024 and to Brussel in 2026.23 Total assets went from €571,687 in 2021 to €212,077 in 2025 and headcount from 1.2 full-time equivalents in 2021 to 1 in 2024.4
