De vennootschap wordt tevens rechtsgeldig verbonden door de bovengemelde bij bijzondere volmacht aangestelde vertegenwoordiger. DAGELIJKS BESTUUR Het bestuursorgaan kan het dagelijks bestuur van de vennootschap, alsook de vertegenwoordiging van de vennootschap wat dat bestuur aangaat, opdragen aan één of aan meer personen. Indien van deze mogelijkheid wordt gebruik gemaakt, zullen deze personen alleen kunnen handelen en dit zowel wat het intern dagelijks bestuur als de externe vertegenwoordigingsmacht voor dat dagelijks bestuur betreft.
