  1. De vennootschap heeft tot voorwerp,zowel in België als in het buitenland,de vervaardiging,distributie,onderzoek en ontwikkeling,import en export,aankoop en verkoop van absorberend verband die in de gezondheidszorg en in andere marktsectoren kunnen gebruikt worden.
  2. De vennootschap kan alle diensten in het bijzonder marketing,contractenbeheer en klantenrelaties leveren,zowel in België als in het buitenland met betrekking tot de commercialisering van absorberend verband die in de gezondheidssector en in andere marktsectoren kunnen gebruikt worden.
  3. De vennootschap kan alle roerende of onroerend goederen van uitbating of uitrusting in eigendom,verwerven,in huur geven of nemen,oprichten,vervreemden of in ruil geven en,in het algemeen,alle commerciële,industriële,financiële handelingen verrichten,die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks verband houden met haar voorwerp,hierbij inbegrepen de onderaanneming in het algemeen en de uitbating van alle intellectuele rechten en rechten van industriële of commerciële eigendom die ermee verband houden.
  4. Zij kan,ten titel van investering,alle roerende of onroerende goederen verwerven,zelfs zonder rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks verband met het voorwerp van de vennootschap.
  5. De vennootschap kan in het bestuur en de vereffening voorzien van alle met haar verbonden vennootschappen of vennootschappen waarmee zij een band van deelneming heeft en leningen aan deze toestaan,onder welke vorm en voor welke duur ook of borg stellen voor deze vennootschappen.
  6. Zij kan een belang nemen door inbreng in speciën of in natura,fusie,onderschrijving,deelname,financiële tussenkomst of anders,in alle bestaande of op te richten vennootschappen,in België of in het buitenland waarvan het voorwerp gelijk,analoog of verbonden is met het hare of van aard is de ontwikkeling ervan te bevorderen.
