On 23 May 2014 the Belgian Official Gazette published the deed of incorporation of ATLC.1 The registered office moved to Mechelen in 2019 and to Tremelo in 2024.23 ANDRIES Dirk Alfons Antoon has served as manager of the company since 2014.1 In 2026 the company was absorbed by merger into ACEG.4
