On 10 October 1990, Artoos Group was incorporated.1 The registered office moved to Bruxelles in 2023 and to Kampenhout in 2024.23 The name was changed to Artoos Group in 2024.3 A capital increase in 2024 brought the capital to €8.3m.3 Turnover went from €5.1m in 2018 to €743,299 in 2024 and headcount from 7.5 to 3.8 full-time equivalents.4 The company was declared bankrupt on 25 August 2026.5
