History

On 9 December 1983, AJIMEX was incorporated.¹ The registered office moved to Opprebaís in 2011, to Grez-Doiceau in 2019 and to Beveren in 2023.²³⁴ PIERRE LOGISTIC and TRANSPORTS PIERRE were merged into the company in 2023.⁵⁶ Of the 3 current board members, DEVRYY Steven has served longest, since 2022.⁷ Turnover went from €31.3m in 2024 to €18.4m in 2026 and headcount from 125 to 97.1 full-time equivalents.⁸
