Artikel 13 bis. Vertegenwoordigingsbevoegdheid Iedere bestuurder vertegenwoordigt de vennootschap jegens derden en in rechte als eiser of als verweerder. ALGEMENE VERGADERING Artikel 16. Organisatie en bijeenroeping Ieder jaar wordt een gewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders gehouden op de zetel, de laatste zaterdag van de maand mei, om 11.00 uur en voor de eerste keer in 2026. Valt de hierboven bepaalde datum op een wettelijke feestdag dan wordt de algemene vergadering verschoven naar de eerstvolgende werkdag. Indien er slechts één aandeelhouder is, dan zal hij op deze datum de jaarrekening voor goedkeuring ondertekenen.
