Artikel 26. Gerechtelijke procedures In gerechtelijke procedures, hetzij als verweerder, hetzij als aanlegger, zal de raad van bestuur optreden als vertegenwoordiger van de vereniging. Te dien einde wordt de raad van bestuur vertegenwoordigd door zijn voorzitter of door een bestuurder of door elke andere persoon die daartoe een specifieke volmacht van de raad van bestuur heeft gekregen.
