Ieder bestuurder of het collegiaal bestuursorgaan kan bijzondere machten toekennen aan elke mandataris. Artikel 15. Vergoeding van de bestuurders. Het mandaat van de bestuurders is bezoldigd, tenzij de algemene vergadering anders beslist. De algemene vergadering bepaalt desgevallend, beslissend met eenparigheid van stemmen, het bedrag van de vaste of evenredige vergoeding. De vergoeding van de bestuurders is al dan niet periodiek en kan aangevuld worden met belastbare voordelen in natura. De vergoeding wordt geboekt op de algemene kosten, los van de eventuele representatie-, reis- en verplaatsingskosten.
