Het mandaat van bestuurders zal onbezoldigd worden uitgeoefend, tenzij andersluidende beslissing van de algemene vergadering. Onverminderd de algemene vertegenwoordigingsmacht van het bestuursorgaan als college, zijn alle akten die de vennootschap verbinden, in en buiten rechte, geldig wanneer zij ondertekend worden door een meerderheid van bestuurders die gezamenlijk optreden. Zij moeten tegenover derden geen bewijs leveren van hun machten.
