    "full_text": "The association pursues a non-profit aim of social utility, consisting notably of: reducing electronic waste, promoting the reuse, repair, and recycling of electronic devices, fostering access to technology for all, raising awareness of the environmental impact of digital technology. The association may, in particular: collect used electronic devices, repair, restore, and refurbish these devices, redistribute or sell refurbished devices at social prices, organize educational workshops and awareness-raising activities, collaborate with schools, associations, CPAS (Public Centres for Social Welfare), companies, and public authorities, participate in environmental, social, or technological projects. It may perform all acts directly or indirectly related to its purpose. In addition, the association may develop all activities that directly or indirectly contribute to achieving its purpose, including commercial and profitable activities, whose revenues will always be fully allocated to achieving its purpose. In general, it has full legal capacity to carry out all acts and operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or that facilitate its achievement, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part. It may not, directly or indirectly, distribute or give a financial benefit to founders, members, administrators, or any other person, except in the disinterested purpose specified in the statutes. Any transaction in violation of this prohibition is null and void.",
