    "full_text": "De Stichting heeft als algemeen voorwerp de ondersteuning en bestendiging van de Rooms-Katholieke Kerk binnen het bisdom Gent, door het verlenen van steun aan de opbouw van de pastorale en diaconale werking in de dekenaten en parochies, alsook door het mogelijk maken van diverse religieus ge\u00EFnspireerde initiatieven. De Stichting ontplooit haar werking in overeenstemming met het Belgisch recht, het Wetboek van Canoniek Recht, alsmede de toepasselijke diocesane decreten en richtlijnen, en draagt daarbij een wezenlijk Rooms-Katholiek en confessioneel karakter. In dat kader richt de Stichting zich in eerste instantie op: - het beheer van haar eigen patrimonium; - het beheer en de ondersteuning van het patrimonium van de dekenaten en/of parochies binnen het bisdom Gent, of diens rechtsopvolger. Dit patrimoniumbeheer, zowel roerend als onroerend is geen voorwerp op zich maar staat ten dienste van de pastorale werking van de Rooms-Katholieke Kerk in de betrokken parochies en dekenaten, en in overeenstemming met hun pastorale noden. Indien vereist, zal de inbreng van patrimoniale goederen in de Stichting plaatsvinden met de daartoe vereiste canonieke machtiging. Daarnaast voorziet de Stichting in organisatorische, boekhoudkundige en financi\u00EBle ondersteuning van zowel haar eigen patrimonium als dat van de dekenale en/of parochiale verenigingen zonder winstoogmerk binnen het bisdom Gent. Deze ondersteuning is gericht op de verdere uitbouw en werking van de Rooms-Katholieke Kerk binnen de betrokken kerkelijke entiteiten. De Stichting beoogt het algemeen belang en heeft geen winstoogmerk.",
